Every day, the Turmaculus is awake for one random hour. During this hour, you can wake him up by clicking on any of the choices (hit with pots and pans, scream, etc.) but the choices have no affect whatsoever. You kinda just have to be lucky enough to visit the Turmaculus during this one hour of the day :) Good luck!
