You find the rest of your crew through out the island. They will just appear randomly. Depending on how many Sims you made, I'm not sure where EXACTLY. I found mine on the 2nd island and i only made 2 Sims. Then you just greet them and raise the relationship between the Sims. Once it reaches 20 or higher, you may ask them to join your tribe.

Your crew members aren't on the 1st island most likely. First just get supplies and then head off toward the second island. Once your there you'll most likely find them wandering around. You might have to go to the 3rd island to find them all but I highly doubt that. Hope that helps!

yes you can get 2 players you have to make a raft on the other beach from were you started and when you build that click on it (it will help you build the raft) then you can go on the other island where you find another member of your crew i don't know how to get the other people but at least you have two players and the member of the crew you find is random.
