Yes. You have to have the two animals you want to breed have a good relationship. Once the two pets are good friends, you click on one of the adults and then click on one of the pets. It comes up with "breed with..." or "try for kitten/puppy with..." or something like that (I don't remember). Then the pets will go into a pet bed and breed. If the sound goes of, that means the female is pregnant. If not, keep trying. It's just like making sims babies.
