You can't make the song longer, so you have to make the slide shorter. Drag the slide/pics to the length of the song.
Yes. Windows Movie Maker is a great program to make a video slide show with.
some how
To add anything to Windows Movie Maker, you first have to Import the media into the program. Once you have imported it, drag it down into the Time-line or Storyboard.
Windows Movie Maker XP is a feature that helps you make slide shows and movies to put on your computer. It makes it easy for everyone in your family to do.
Check out the URL below:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lt3LaFL_FjcIt will show you how to create a slide-show on Windows Movie Maker and upload it to YouTube.
i believe that you first make a slide with a picture and then adding the title on it
The easiest way, or at least what I do, is open paint and bucket in whatever colour you want for your background for your black slide, save, and import.
There is no feature in Windows Movie Maker that allows for editing of imported media. In other words, you have to do all of your visual/audio clip-editing outside the program. If you have imported an entire PowerPoint presentation into Windows Movie Maker without first making .jpg/.gif images of each clip, then the layout can't be changed. When importing PowerPoint presentations to Windows Movie Maker, you should always save each clip as an individual .jpg/.gif file first. That way, when you import the media into the program, you can make adjustments to the layout.
It depends. Generally, Windows Movie Maker supports avi. But if the avi is encoded with codec that don't supported by your system, there will be problem while importing to Windows Movie Maker. So the solution is to install a comprehensive codec pack. You could choose K-Lite Mega Codec Pack (free codec) Download here http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm You could also switch to more advanced movie making software: Wondershare Movie Story http://www.ourpix.com/downloads/dvd-slide-show.html?page=125 If you has a video converter on your system, convert avi to wmv before importing to Windows Movie Maker.
If you are trying to insert a new clip into an existing clip in Windows Live Movie Maker, you can't do that. You can only add clips in between other clips. In other words, you can add pictures or separate video clips in the project and drag them around to where you would like them. However, you can't combine them.
The two most common ways to make a slide show are using 1. Windows movie maker open all the pictures that you want into windows movie maker, and then put them in the order that suits you, you can now set how long between each picture, special effect and transitions between each side, and you can also add music. you can find many tutorials on YouTube. 2. use Microsoft office PowerPoint, this is a much more professional approach, but yet it is even easier than movie maker, you can add music or sound, Go to insert, go on sound, then underneath put record sound, you can personalize your slide show in different ways, for example you can add text to each slide, you can manually control when each new slide appears by the click of a button, and the file you save as PowerPoint presentation is a lot smaller than a windows movie maker file, and again you will find great tutorials on this on YouTube. Good luck
You cannot convert a Windows Movie Maker file into any other format. The only way to change the format is to Publish/Finish the project, which exports (mixes-down) audio/video properties into Standard viewing format. Once that is done, you can convert the file into whatever format you wish.
