Hmmm. I assume this is a wild bird nest? Chances are, it either fell out of the nest, successfully managed to fly out of the nest, or was eaten by a predator. Either way, there's not much you can do.
If by chance you DO see it on the ground, pick it up and put it back in the nest. Unlike mammals, birds generally cannot smell very well, and will NOT abandon it because you touched it. However, hovering around the nest or trying to take care of a baby bird WILL cause more harm than good.
do u mean Cygnet as a bird, well if this is right, it is a baby swan
the baby bird is called nestling
well if that baby bird is your pet and it can nearly fly,....... no. Trust me i have a baby bird for a pet.

Wing Spand
The baby bird eats it. It's important fo baby birds to get nutrients, and the yolk contains the things a baby bird needs to grow proplerly.
At birth, a baby has approximately 300 bones. It depends on the baby.
It is called a Wandering Albatross. It is a large bird, having the widest wingspan of any bird. It is a sea bird, mainly found in the southern oceans.
I would think the mom bird teachs the baby bird to fly so the baby bird knows how to fly and take care of the baby the bird will have when it grows up so it can fly and take care of itself and the baby it has if it has one ^____^.
Only if you get one from a pet store can you keep a baby bird ,but not a wild one.
No.Becuase you never know if it's wild. And It Can't Chew Daaa so you can't Feed a new born baby.
