Raw
The opposite of raw food is cooked food.
Depending on what is described, the opposite of raw could be cooked, or processed, or finished.

There is no opposite. Risotto is at its simplest a dish of rice cooked with a stock until the rice is cooked but the dish is still very liquid, the rice not having taken up all the stock.
tips
Antonyms for rare are common, unexceptional, frequent or (cooked) well done.
If you are thinking of 'pie' in the sense of food cooked inside a pastry case, or cooked with a layer, or lid, of pastry on top, then the opposite might be considered to include terms such as tart, flan, quiche or pizza, all of which describe foods cooked on a pastry base, but without a pastry lid or top layer.
Since "down-home" cooking usually refers to good food cooked by close friends or family which you enjoy greatly. In this case, mass-produced, mass marketed, not-always-great-tasting food would be the opposite, like the most common fast food chains. Name one of those chains you dislike and that is your opposite.
