All times are pretty much 'guesstimates', since I wasn't there...
Genesis around 1445 B.C. by Moses
Revelation about 90 A.D.
But there is about a 600 yr. lapse between the old and new testaments, so the best guess would be between 1500 - 1600 years.
Over a period of approx 1,610 years. But there was a 500 year gap before Matthew wrote the Gospel that bears his name.
It was written over a period of about 1500 years.
The Bible was written over a 1,600-year period.
The Bible was written over a period of 16 centuries, from the time that Moses wrote Genesis around 1513 BCE, to the time that John wrote 1,2,3 John in 98 CE.
the book was written in about 1404 BC
The Bible was not written at any one time; nor by any one person. It was written over a period of approx 1,600 year time span; by approx 40 different secretaries, or scribes. These various little books were then COMPILED and formed into ONE book, by the Jewish system; and later by the Christian system.
It was completed in 1599
The books that make up the Bible were written by many different people. However in 393 at the synod of Hippo it was decided what books would be in the Bible. In 400 the first Latin Bible was translated by Jerome (and others).
The first Bible writer was Moses and he started writing his accounts in the year of 1513. The last Bible writer was John who wrote the Book of Revelation in the year 96 C.E. So, the Bible is made up of 66 books, they were written over a course of about 1600 years.

The Bible was written by about 40 different men over a period of about 1600 years, beginning with Moses writing in the wilderness aproximately 1513 B.C., and ending with the Apostle John's writings around the year 98 A.D. Many assume that John's last writing was Revvelation, however, Revelation was written around the year 96 A.D., while he was imprisoned on the Island of Patmos. He was later released from prison, and he wrote the books (or letters) of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd John around the year 98 A.D.
there is no lutheran book but the Bible. the catechism is simply a collection of bible teachings and luther's interpretation of them but this book is written by man, and is not inspired like the Bible
