Any kind of a gall bladder problem.
Having suffered this pain intermittently for 30 years, the only thing that completely cured the problem (with respect to each episode or attack) was opium (not heroin or any nasty processed stuff, but the actual opium paste from the poppy plant).
How was I able to get opium?
I travelled to India in August of 2010 and it is readily available there.
It is obviously illegal in North America because if used as medicine it actually works, although one might be able to find illegal sources of it.
