The "coffee grind" in your puke was probably blood. That is the classic sign. Blood is also very caustic and irritating to the stomach and that might be what made you vomit. You need to call your doctor ASAP.

apparently it does. the mix does not contain alcohol. I just opened a bottle not 5 minutes ago that I have had for 2 years. i took a little take an almost puked. Looked at the ingredients and it said "does contain some milk". I assume this was the problem.
