The Best Way to pass any drug screen for methadone is to wait 3 days and take it. Or just quit, it's a horribly addictive medicine and will eventually ruin your life. Just in case u don't know, methadone will not show up on mist 5 panel test. it's not an opiate or a benzo so make sure they are testing specifically for methadone .
