under dash on drivers side!!
The 2003 Chevrolet Malibu PCM valve can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The PCM valve will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
timing is set by pcm, at factory!!
you dont, all is controlled by pcm, the sensors relay info to pcm for timing, fuel delivery, and so on.
no governor on all models. all is controlled by pcm. the sensors send info to pcm for timing, fuel management etc!!
no the egr valve has a big effect on the engine,it is controlled by the pcm.
I had a similar problem with a 1998 Chevy Malibu. I found the PCM fuse in the drivers side fuse panel had no power. I talked to the dealer and aparently the power distribution drawings they have are incomplete. I put a jumper wire between the radio fuse and the PCM fuse. The instrument cluster came on and the engin will start. We are still running on the jumper wire until I can find more information on the problem.
the computer is behind the glove box 88-95
P0205 means that the PCM detected a fault in the injector 5 or the wiring to the injector. Could be a bad injector number 5. Maybe the wires to the injectors or the PCM is faulty.
Where is the pcm in the chevy venture 3.4 2004
the pcm is under dash on drivers side of car. there is also the bcm (body control) which is under the passenger side glove compartment.
where is the pcm module located on my 1997 Chevy truck
it tells the cars pcm what gear the transmission is in. it also will not let the car start unless the transmission is in neutral or park.
