At 14 you are pretty much average. Your girlfriend will have nothing to compare it with and it is going to be over so quickly that pleasuring her is really not an issue. Happens with everyone starting out. You should use a condom or she should be on birth control. You probably will not believe it, but the first time can make you both parents.
