in all depends on th individual and the environment you work for, generally speaking yes. in order to be a successfull person you need to be in control of your success or failure. if we look at very rich people, we tend to see that the mentality of theirs is all about self-esteem and self-repect. some people are achievement motivated which gives them the feeling that they are in control of their life and not others.
