Yes, of course. "...the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart."
I Samuel 16.7 reads; But the LORD said unto Samuel, look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
God looks on the inner man, what is in his heart and not on his outward actions. A person may do a good deed, but in his heart he curses that which he is doing or even hates those whom he is doing it for.

God doesn't care about what you're wearing, he cares about the fact that you're there to be with him. I would also take a look at the setup of your church. Is it very traditional? Or is it casual? It all depends on different factors, but the bottom line is, as said in 1 Samuel 16:7, "But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
Some of them look like people worshiping God and some of them look like they think they are worshipping God.

His appearance is dictated by what you need. _______________ According to Genesis, God created man in his own image. According to Feuerbach, Man created god in his own image. Either way you look at it, there's nipples aplenty
