A recipient is a person or patient who receives blood, tissure, or an organ from a doner. It's in a dictionary though. I suggest you simply go to www.dictionary.com and search it up. It is easy to search Gmail for mail that you've sent that hasn't been replied to yet. Simply go to the sent folder and your sent email will have been saved to that folder.
'To go in search of' means to look for or seek out something. It implies actively seeking and potentially traveling to find what is being looked for.

to SEND
search.com
Go to Advanced Search, and type in the name of the person.
Go to your friend's house and click on their post board and type something. Other people will see it only if the person you sent it to allows it.
