CS4 is version of software, and the name before CS4 is stand name of Software, for example Photoshop CS4 is: software Photoshop and version CS4. if you directly right click the Gif file and save it into any desired format, let's say Jpeg, or Jpg or whatever, it will not have the motion included. The file will have the first frame starting image. A good strategy would be to take the file, upload it into an image editing platform like Pixara , Imagineart, Leonardo etc. Go to their image to video editing tab and then edit the file into your desired motion. And then re download it.
