The first child car seats were invented in 1921, following the introduction of the Henry Ford's Model - T, however, they were very different from today's car seat. The earliest versions were essentially sacks with drawstring attached to the back seat. you rip the seat off with your bare hands. ********************************************************************* On old Fords and many others you push down and back on bottom of the back seat to unhook it then you have 2-3 bolts you can reach to remove the top of the rear seat.
Call you local Ford dealer first. Ford, at least here in Canada, will pay for the installation of one tether in all Fords built after 1990. Ask them about it first.
How can remove the rear seat on a 1990 mercury sable
no pic but it should be underneath the back seat. its obvious when you pull the seat off.
The proud and noble Irish surname of Henry derives from the Gaelic language word meaning "easily roused early". It is first found amidst early records of County Tyrone, where they anciently held a family seat at Cullentra.
The first seat is the same as the captain (Kenpachi)
is it the actual recline lever or a broken bolt just under the cover on the lever side of the seat? as this was a common problem making the seat sit too far back. it was a recall on some of the fords i just welded mine.
It is under the seat, I have attached a picture in the related links.
It is located under the seat. See related links for a picture.
