I can't speak to that particular mattress, but I think the general rule is that if the mattress is not a pillow-top, you should flip it over as part of your maintenance. If it is a pillow-top, just rotate it. If it is a pillow-top on both surfaces (I suppose there are mattresses like this) then clearly the intention is for you to flip it over, or it would have the pillow-top only on one surface.
