Winchester was not making pistols in 1873. If you provide all markings, type of barrel, barrel length, type of action, type of stock, caliber, and if possible pictures, someone might be able to help you.

What is the history and value of a Winchester model 90-22 serial 654253 made in May 1911?

Where did you get this date of manufacture? Records for the model 1890 manufactured between 1890 and 1908 are only available by ordering a letter from the Winchester Museum in Cody, Wyoming. Also, if manufactured prior to 1915 it would be marked Model 1890, not Model 90. Your serial number appears to have been produced late in 1923.

Is there a site where you can learn the history of your Winchester model 94 and 92 such as the original buyer or what store it was sold at in 1897?

No and unfortunately, there is not any of that type of information available. The Cody Firearms Musuem has the original factory warehouse ledgers for the Models 1892 and 1894 that were manufactured from the 1890s through 1907, but those records do not contain any information as to "who" or "where" the individual guns were shipped or sold to.

Your Winchester was manufactured in 1906 and has significant collector value. It warrants a professional appraisal by an advanced collector to determine value.
