I believe two of the Wii cups are the Mushroom cup and the Flower cup. The wii cups are the little icons on the top row. Well, darling, 300 grams of cheddar cheese is roughly around 2 and a half cups when shredded. But hey, it's not an exact science, so don't get your apron in a twist if it's a smidge more or less. Just grate away and sprinkle that cheesy goodness wherever your heart desires.
Any brand of tampon can be used in the water, you can also use menstrual cups, menstrual sponges, softcups, or diaphragms in the water too. Cups are a far safer option than tampons and menstrual cups are best for swimming as you can wear them even with light flow and they don't leak like tampons. If you are going to use tampons just make sure to use correct absorbency and time it so that you can insert a fresh tampon before swimming.

you can. if you wear cups, this is what you can do: twist one of the bra cups so that you can put it inside the other bra cup. then stick the straps inside of the bra cup on the outer side. if you have a flat chet (a training bra) you simply fold it in halfand fold the straps inside. if you have a sports bra do the same.

Yes, they work just the same as any other tampon. Playtex are a lengthways expanding tampon so don't give the best defence against leaks and can increase cramps by expanding into the cervix - there is also some evidence that they pose higher risk of TSS. All commercial tampons increase risks like TSS, but Playtex may pose higher risk because they may lose more fibres and they are known to deposit fibres in the cervical opening. When using tampons, over safer options like menstrual cups or softcups, it's best to use organic cotton tampons such as Cottons, Natracare, or Emerita.
