Make sure the red/white/yellow plugs are plugged into your playstation and into the tv
Well.. if you have already added the picture to your ps3, then go to the playstation home screen (the screen right when you open your playstation) and go under the category that says "Photo." Under this category you will be able to see all of your photos that you have copied to your playstation. If you would like to view a photo larger, then click on the one you wish to view and it will appear on your entire tv. Once you have it on your entire tv, you can then change it to your background on your playstation home!! You do this by clicking on the triagle button on your controller, and then once you see the options above you picture, go to the one that says "set as wallpaper."
No, it does not. The Playstation Vita is a Portable Playstation with a touch screen that will be released beginning February 15 2012

You can't make it. in youtube its fake.
There may be debris in the pipe from adding the new pipes that have plugged the screen in the faucet. The end of the spout has the screen and unscrews. The valves themselves can also be plugged.
If your volume isn't working on your computer, make sure you have the speakers plugged in. If that doesn't fix the problem, go to the bottom left of your computer screen and click on the speaker icon. You may have the volume turned off.
No, why would it...
S-video cables connect picture (such as from a DVD player) to a TV or displaying screen. They will plug into the back of your device and the other end will be plugged into the TV screen. Make sure you match up the holes in the S-Video cable.
of course you can just go to the home screen and under playstation network on the far right itshiould say playstation store
