At any Pokemon Mart, at the counter, there is a questinare that you're supposed to fill out. Go to ABC mode and do "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL" and you'll get a Myatery Gift. You'll be asked to save the game and then if you want to get the gift, restart the game. On the title screen it says Mystery Gift on the bottom. Be sure you have internet connection to use this though. The gift is the Aurora Ticket which leads you to Deoxys. You have to give the ticket to the guy at Vermillion Harbor to go, though.
