After beating the Elite Four and obtaining the National Dex, the next time you check your map, you will notice another big lake near Veilstone City.
Fly to Veilstone and get your Pokemon healed. Next, head south toward the lake. As you are walking down the route, you will notice that there is now a mysterious gape in the Fencing.
Head down this path and you will soon be at the 4th lake of Sinnoh. Use Rock Climb, then go into the cave entrance. After solving the puzzle, Giratina will be waiting for you.
It is level 70 and is Ghost/Dragon type. Note: It is a SINNOH Pokemon. (Meaning you can only find it once in Diamond/Pearl.)
