follow him on you map once you have been to the burned tower DO NOT FLY NEER HIM WALK OR HE WILL RUN AWAY. once neer him walk around in the grass or weater etc. until he runs away of you battl him. to catch have a REALLY good ball (a master ball traded from dimond peral or platinum will do just fine) catch him you first turn or he will run away 8-)
