Well ,you actually can't.You would have too trade over wi-fi or(yes theres an or)get Pokemon Ranger go onto ranger net(unlockable when completed game)put in a special cheat code,play a mission and you get a Manaphy egg. If you are doing the Ranger way once you get the egg you can give it to your character in Pearl go to a Pokemart(in Pearl) ,talk to a guy in green next to the counter and you get your egg.The egg will hatch normally.
