catch the old photo floating around by the lighthouse, go to school picture guy in the big camera on main street, exchange it for Scuba gear, go back to the lighthouse jump in the water after putting on the scuba gear and click on the water it should say dive. now go all the way to the bottom right until you find a lobster trap, grab it. wait till you run out of air, it will start you where you first dove, then just click on the surface it should say back or something
