CMOS setup

The port can be enabled or disabled through the CMOS setup.
It's enabled by default unless the user creates a personal account during setup.

I have this motherboard. To get into bios press del at startup.
The manufacturer didn't include that on the Motherboard CD. If they would included a check utility with a warning then you could get that.

You have to setup a router and open the ports in the router for this purpose. But Pacenet have blocked many ports so you can go to their local office and ask them to open the ports.
