There is a fusable link located under the hood , driver's side , you will see a bunch of fusable links together its in that pile ,if you feel around you will find a loose wire on one end .Use test light to conform its bad both sides of the link .Once you found it cut it out replace with new link .NAPA $2.00
Start out by checking that the blower has both power and ground and if so then next check the a/c - heater controller...........
The ignition switch is bad. Replace it.
sounds like the blower motor resistor is out on the lower speeds.
Bad blower resistor? Bad low speed relay? Bad switch?
blower motors bad check fuse bore replacing
There may be a fuse blown if the power vent windows don't work on a 1999 Dodge Caravan. If the problem isn't the fuse, the motor in the power windows may need to be replaced.
The most likely cause is the blower motor, if you unplug it and the fuse doesn''t blow you will have an answer.
The blower might need replacing. Normal cause is a failed blower resistor, caused by a blower fan that is failing. The resistor and fan are located above the passenger side floor behind the glove box.
Possibly. A bad blower motor resistor would cause the blower motor to either not function or function only on one speed (usually high speed). The air conditioning system is probably set up such that if the blower isn't functioning at all, the air conditioner won't function. Otherwise the air conditioner would overheat.
That's too bad
The power windows on a 1997 Dodge Caravan will stop working if the motor has failed or the fuse is blown. Replacing the fuse and checking for incoming power are the first steps to troubleshooting this problem.
