Power windows dome light CD player not working for 2005 Ford Explorer XLT?

The power windows are on a separate fuse from the CD Player or Dome light. The Power Windows are fuse # 61 or 62 (it is actually a circut breaker). Not sure which fuse runs the Dome light or CD player. The full fuse diagram is found in your owner's manual.
