Problem with Xbox live gold membership my Xbox page says I am still a silver member although when I check the your Accounts page it says that I have the pre-paid 12 month gold membership?

If you're having problems with your membership, it's best to contact the support team VIA phone as soon as possible so the membership doesn't become of a waste and they'll more than likely be able to help you. I'd suggest to do this as soon as possible. This sounds like either a system glitch on their side and the membership didn't register to your account but shows or something else so contact their support team as soon as possible.
