It sound's like either the servo in the passengers door is bad or one of the manual switches are bad. If the drivers side manual switch will work for the passengers door then it's a switch (could be problem with the switch on either side since most are interconnected). If nothing will make that door work then it's the servo in that door.
System software are the software that controls the hardware attaches to the computer.
You might need to install additional drivers for your computer to make use of the media controls

If it is just the passanger side don't bother with the fuses. the wiring does go thru the drivers side and then to the passanger side. Use a voltmeter at the passenger power window motor. If you get 12V to the motor it is probably bad. If you don't have 12V at the motor the wiring to it is probably bad. Make sure you didn't accidently turn off the passenger window switch at the drivers side door.

There is a small radiator inside between the driver and passanger sides for your heater. It is probably leaking there.

Cylinder #1 is the drivers side front cylinder on the engine. Drivers side is 1-3-5-7 passanger side is 2-4-6-8.
