More than likely your carb is dirty from sitting to long, you probablly have to choke it to keep it running which means the slow jet is plugged, take carb off and clean and kit it. Be sure to put a clear two dollar in line fuel fiter between the carb and the tank. I have two 200's and one 350 and all three bikes had to have the carbs cleaned !!!

If the carburetor is cleaned on the Yamaha Bruin 350 and it will idle but stall when given gas, it could be that the float is sticking. The carburetor may also need to be adjusted by turning the adjustment screw so that it is not getting too much gas when revved.
Poor upkeep try cleanig the airfilter if that doesent work try cleaning out the carburetor I have a yamaha 350 bruin I had the same problem

it has a 34mm mikuni carburetor.
The 1988 Honda 350 carburetor adjustment screws are on the side of the carburetor. There also is an adjustment screw on the very top of the carburetor.
The Yamaha Warrior 350 is a 4 stroke.
