The advancement in science and technology can be made by lauching the projects at primary level , it was onece done during 1970 under UNo arrangement when technical kits were given to kids at primary level. The analysis of present sytem shows that press and media is not giving any prefrence to develpoment of science and technology .We have lot prize competions and other quiz programs not oriented to advacement of science and technology or offering solution to public problems. The technical work force surving inspite of best efforts of destruction by so-called supreme ( corrupt lawless terrorists) has no incentives, the so-called educated class are only paper tigers not having any relationship with practical life . Just go and visit Barani Universty and find out how many have actual knowledge. We must link pracical and theory. We might try to stop all nonsense justbeing generated as side issue to protect corruption and generation of terrorism , fraud , cheat and useless paper tigers having zero contribution insolution of practical problems
