Answer of question: no. bad. also foolish dangerous for palestinian people
Very good question. Rockets were fired from Gaza into Israel. We know that. What I would like to know is who gave them the rockets and why? Were they trying to get oil prices up?
Good question! He was lucky his rocket had a kryptonian antidote!
It would be impossible to capture all of the effects of the Gaza Strip Blockade, but here are some of the major effects of the Gaza Strip Blockade. 1) Lack of Food: The Gazans claim that insufficient quantities of food come into Gaza across the land borders. Also, as objects like fertilizer can be used to make bombs and incendiary devices, Israel strongly limits their importation making Gazan agriculture relatively futile. 2) Lack of Power: Gaza has no power plants (of any sufficient size) and relies on Israel for nearly 80% of its energy. Israel only provides what it believes is necessary to power Gaza and Gazans complain that this quantity is insufficient. 3) Lack of Medical Access: In the past, many Palestinians were serviced in Israeli hospitals and numerous Palestinian Doctors were employed in Israel. The reason was twofold, Palestinian organizations had other ways they preferred to spend their budgets and Israel tried to save civilians who needed it in Palestine. However, due to the blockade, the border crossings do not allow for any but the most dire cases to come to Israel. Israel does provide medical supplies to Gaza, but there is a lack of proper hospitals and good doctors to protect the entire population. 4) Lack of Building Materials: Many building materials such as cement, metals, wood, and chemicals are the exact same ingredients used to make bombs and rockets. Therefore Israel strongly limits the amounts of these materials which are brought into Gaza. 5) Physical Isolation: Gazans, except under certain circumstances, can almost never leave Gaza and non-Gazans have a very hard time entering the area.
Good question! In Israel, only Orthodox Jews can perform conversions.
Good question! Since Israel is a Jewish state, it's quite possible.
Good question! I thought MOST people who made aliyah to Israel stayed there.

Israeli Answers(1) The Gaza Strip is not so important. Until 2005, Israelis lived on the strip and used the land to grow produce and live peacefully. In 2005, Israel made the mistake of expelling all of the Jewish residents. Gaza now produces nothing. In the four years since the withdrawal, over 8000 rockets have been fired by Palestinian terrorists at Israeli targets. Fortunately, most of these rockets are not very good at hitting targets. One missile misfired and caused a major crisis in the Gaza strip when the sewer system backed up as a result.(2) The Gaza Strip is one of the few places where the British Mandate of Palestine did not overlap with the historically Jewish region called the Land of Israel. Similar to how Palestinians have never made direct references to Tel Aviv being sacred to them, Jews have never made references about Gaza being sacred to them. By and large, for Israelis, the Gaza Strip is significant specifically because it is insignificant.Palestinian AnswerWhat makes Gaza important is nothing other than history. It was the first territory that Israel finally conceded as a contiguous region (the West Bank territory conceded was non-contiguous) for a Palestinian State from what used to be the British Mandate of Palestine. It is also a place that shows just how horribly Israel can collectively punish the Palestinian people even when they supposedly wish for a two-state solution on account of the blockade both on land and by sea. The above answer describes how Gaza produces nothing and I would agree with him that Gaza produces nothing. However, this has nothing to do with laziness. When a location has one of the highest population densities in the world, is constantly bombed (Operation Cast Lead was symbolic of more common targeted-strikes), receives minimal raw materials, and has no access to export markets, it is impossible to produce anything.
Hi! im also from Israel and its really good to know there are more 3DS owners in Israel! and for your question: you cant download videos from nintendo video in Israel because there is no official nintendo company in Israel.
For months now Gaza has been sending misiles into Israel. A peace treaty was established but Hamas, a terrorist group in Gaza, repeatedly broke this treaty by continuing to send rockets into Israel. Israel is simply responding to months of attacks. When the Peace treaty was ended by Hamas, the rocket fire when up to 80 per day. After Cast lead the rocket attacks went down to 2 - 3 a weekAnswerWorld history has been littered with plantations and occupations and the results have always been the same, death, destruction and resistance eventually leading to assimilation or overthrow. Good examples are to be seen in various empires including the Roman empire and the British empire. Answer1). Gaza is under military occupation. Article 42 of the Hague Regulations stipulates, a "territory is considered occupied when it is actually placed under the authority of the hostile army," and that the occupation extends "to the territory where such authority has been established and can be exercised." Similarly, in the Hostage Case, the Nuremburg Tribunal held that, "the test for application of the legal regime of occupation is not whether the occupying power fails to exercise effective control over the territory, but whether it has the ability to exercise such power." Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip, like those in the West Bank, continue to be subject to Israeli control. For example, Israel controls Gaza's air space, territorial waters, and all border crossings. Palestinians in Gaza require Israel's consent to travel to and from Gaza, to take their goods to Palestinian and foreign markets, to acquire food and medicine, and to access water and electricity. Without Israel's permission, the Palestinian Authority (PA) cannot perform such basic functions of government as providing social, health, security and utility services, developing the Palestinian economy and allocating resources.2). Terrorists or freedom fighters depending on your point of view continue to resist the Israeli occupation with rocket attacks. The reality is the rockets contain no warhead and no guidance system. It can argued that the rockets are nothing more than a large firework with no powder. The mortality rate from rocket attacks since 2001 in Israel is 0.002%3). In January of 2009, Israel broke the peace and launched operation 'Cast Lead' a massive military offensive against a civilian population. It banned foreign press from entering Gaza. It used white phosphorus (a chemical weapon) on UN sanctioned hospitals and schools (a war crime). Within 23 days the death toll had reached 1,284 palestinians dead, 6 IDF by enemy fire and 3 IDF by friendly fire. When the operation had finished Israel had claimed more land from the Gaza strip in the name of secuirty zones for their protection. The following links detail some of the incidents that took place during 2009
First off, asking that question here, of all places, will not get you a good answer. Ask a professor or read a newspaper. You'll get better answers there. Don't let the name of this site fool you. The short end of it is: no. By definition, in order to be anti-Israel, he would have to be against the State of Israel as an entity. This is easily refuted by statements he has made in clear support of the Israeli state. I assume by your question that you really mean: is Obama against Israeli policies? In this case, the answer is mixed. He supports Israel's right to exist and to defend itself, and supports what he views as reasonable means of accomplishing this. He does not, however, support the settlement building, the attacks in the West Bank, the invasion of Gaza in 2008, or the occupation of the West Bank.
No one wants to take over it.. more like remove it... because they just went in there and claimed the land to be theirs because of a book written by drunk, marijuana smoking folks, called "The Bible". But.. to answer your question.. well, because its not the Muslims that are the "terrorists" at Gaza... its the Jews.. so taking over it would be a good idea to many :)
