College applications will usually ask for your test scores, GPA, courses taken in high school, clubs, community service, and awards. Every college application is different and can vary in length. Converse College, for example, asks for letters of recommendation and an essay while USC only has an optional personal statement (essay). Be prepared to write an essay, however, and check in advance of what test scores each college wants. Ivy League schools usually want you to take the SAT Subject tests along with the regular SAT and ACT.

Where can I get a application form for Spellman college?

Check the college's website (you can usually find that with a web search). Most college websites have an admissions link or a future student section that allows you to view the application. Even if you aren't applying now, view the application and be familiar with the questions. If Spellman college doesn't have a website, try calling the college's admission office and requesting an application.
