It is suggested that you use a high temp. RTV make a gasket. Be sure to remove all the old gasket and wipe all the oil from both surfaces, apply the RTV generiously, then bolt the pan on. The trans was built with RTV silicone as the gaskets.
BEST SUGGESTION IS TO USE RTV SILICONE WITH A SEAL A SNUG THEM REAL GOOD
Silicone you buy at your local parts store or hardware store will be eaten by gasoline. There is an RTV gasoline resistant silicone. A Google search will give you results as to where to buy it.
