Although alcohol does initially cause drowsiness, my experience is that the quality of sustained sleep is impaired by drinking alcohol in the evening. Even a couple of glasses of red wine on a regular basis can reduce the quality of sleep compared to sleep experienced during periods of abstinence.
Water does not eliminate alcohol from your blood, time does.
Blood alcohol concentration (BAC) will rise temporarily.
Are we talking personal consumption? Assuming that a "glass" is a pint, or thereabouts, and a person is a regular drinker, and it is spread over an evening, 2-2 1/2 glasses is probably moderate. If a person is a light drinker, or it's not a whole evening, then less. 2-2 1/2 represents 4-5 units of alcohol - the health recommendation is that people shouldn't drink more than 3-4 on a regular basis.
More information is needed in order to answer this question. However, the alcohol content of 16 glasses of wine is the same as that of 16 beers or 16 shots of distilled spirits.
what disease can you get from drinking from a dirty glass
No, but Goof -Off will.
We are not sure what you are asking, but smelling alcohol the next day is possible -- not too likely. Depends on the size of the glasses. A "glass of wine" is 4 ounces, or roughly 120 ml.
no
This depends on what you mean by better. They are roughly the same amount of alcohol, but there are variables of how large the glasses of wine, the alcohol content of the wine, and the alcohol content of the whiskey. There is no diluting of the drinks. Water keeps you hydrated but doesn't make it "better".
F#ck ya it will...use a solution of 3 parts rubbing alcohol to one part water in a spray bottle and you have a kick a$$ eye glass cleaning solution. Just be sure to rinse your glasses under warm water before using the solution and buff with a lens cloth. Your $h1t will be clear as day.
