Rear door on my 2002 Sequoia won't open manually or with pushbutton but the top Glass window part works fine Any ideas?

it is possible that the rear door on a 2002 Sequoia won't open properly because the latch got rusted shut. Try some Liquid Wrench or WD-40 in the lock mechanism and around the seal and entire door.
