1 TR = 3.517 KW-hours
1000 KW = 284.33 TR
1 RT (TONS REFRIGERANT EFFECT) = 3.516 kW
2.5 tons. 1 ton =12,000 btu so 30,000 btu=2.5 tons. The 30 in the model # denotes btu of the unit in 1000`s.
The tonnage of the RALB-042jaz system is 3.5 tons. Rheem heating ans cooling products include both indoor heating furnace units and outdoor air conditioners.
Receip or Piston type compressor are used for large duty cycle work (A/c or other equipments), energy hungry but last longer (Heavy Duty). Where as rotary compressor are energy efficient with higher ( Energy Efficiency Ratio) but lower duty cycle and shorter life. Selection of compressor are based on the nature of application. Normally, for room A/Cs with capacity less than 3 ton, most companies offer rotary compressor due to it's EER and less duty cycle. For heavy duty A/Cs, recip or piston compressor best suited.
2.5 tons. Whenever you see multiple digits digits together in a model #, any brand, the last 2 digits in the FIRST series of numbers is the btu output. So in this case you take the 30 out of nxh530gka100 and you have 30. ! ton of cooling is equal to 12,000 btus so 30 is 30,000 btus divided by 12,000 equals 2.5 Any questiions about HVAC contact John at shojohn@yahoo.com
5 tons
3.517 kW = 1.0 Tons Refrigeration. So 15 kW is 4.265 Tons Refrigeration
1 tr = 2.4 usgpm
2.6 tons is 2600 kg. to convert tons into kg multiply the unit given by 1000. if to convert kg into tons divide by 1000. hope this helps!!!
1 tons / 1000 = kg
Divide by 1000
4.5 tons of refrigeration is a unit of power while kwh or kw-hr is unit of energy. Its not possible. Maybe you mean kw only not kwhr. 1ton of ref= 12000btu/hr = 3.51 kw
Tonnes x 1000 = kilograms
To convert from kilograms to tonnes, divide by 1000.
3361 kilograms is 3.361 tons. To convert you must divide the kilogram value by 1000 and your tons value should be there.
Divide the kilograms by 1000 to convert to metric tonnes.
You can't convert between these units. Tons per hour is a (truly archaic) measure of cooling capacity. Megawatts is a measure of power.
You can't, unless you know what the material is. 1000 gallons of gasoline will weigh less than 1000 gallons of water, which will weigh less than 1000 gallons of mercury. Unless you know the density of the stuff, you can't figure out how much a given volume of it will weigh.
