two 8mm bolts at top and two at bottom then the fun part of trying to get it out with out breaking it. the front part will pull up the back part has four 15mm bolts that hold it to the block.
remove the top fin then remove the two 8mm bolts then remove the support brackets on radiator lean it forward pull strait up on the shroud the remove the fan with the pneumatic tool finally remove the 15mm bolts holding the shroud to the engine
remove the inner wheel well and it will be there
Just got my 2004 F350 back from the shop and they had to remoce shroud for easier access
fuse is in the engine comaprtment fuse box.
