Remove the mirror 2010 GMC sierra?

I know on the 98 model there is a plastic cover at the front of the door right across from the mirror. Take that plastic cover off and remove the sponge insert there are three nuts you have to take off then the mirror will come out. The nuts are very hard to get to if you don't have the long wrenches and on two of the nuts you can't use a ratchet because it won't fit in the tight space. To remove the plastic cover use a screw driver and pry on it a little on the side once you get it loose use your hands to take it off. once you get the plastic screw loose you pull up on it then it will come off with no problems.
