You can drill it out using drill bits made for drilling metal. Make sure to spray some sort of lubricant on the bit while you are drilling, and don't drill too fast or push too hard...that would make the bit get stuck in the lock and break the bit off...which happened to me. When that bit smokes, spray it. Start drilling with a bit about the size of the keyhole, and gradually increase bit sizes until you have drilled out the lock all the way.This cost me nothing but a broken drill bit and a little time. I think the dealer would charge you several hundred $.
