Yes the firebird dash from 93-2002 is a popular upgrade for the Fiero. It requires some mechanical and electrical skills and is not exactly plug and play. But it has been done dozens of times in the past decade. You can look on any Fiero forum for help on how to do it.

With some modifications anything could happen but is better if you get the dash wiring for the 79 firebird.
If the turn signals in the dash don't work, what about the outside front and rear turn signals? Working? Not working? If it's not working, replace the turn signal relay under the dash.
Im gonna guess that it depends on what year it is. Mine is an 1983. The dash fuses on my particular firebird are located on the driver's side lower panel
