first what made the motor lock up, and what kind of motor is it , it could be alot of things like no oil, the trans, if its fuel injection and you put gas in the intake to try and start it this would lock it down as well. try pulling the spark plugs and turning over the motor.
lock the front hubs if applicable and replace the 4x4 switching motor which is on the transfer case , also make sure the plug did not fall off the 4x4 switch on the dash hope this helps
Begin by removing the retaining ring at the top of your 1994 Ford ignition lock cylinder. The ignition lock cylinder will slide out. Remove the wiring harness from the end of the ignition lock cylinder. Reverse the process to install your new ignition lock cylinder.
There is a lock ring on the inside of the dash where the switch connects. You need to remove this lock ring to remove the switch from the dash.
If you have a 1995 Ford Bronco, you have ABS. In fact, you more than likely have 4-wheel ABS.
Disconnect the battery. Remove the door panel. unbolt the door lock motor, and remove the wiring plug. Replace the motor and put the panel back on.
The 1993 Ford Bronco power door lock relay switch can be found behind the dashboard on the drivers side of the passenger compartment. The relay switch should be labeled as such.

How do I replace an Ignition in a 1970 Maverick
You can't repair it you can only replace it.
tilt the steering wheel up. look for the small hole under the ignition switch. Push a thin rod or large paper clip. insert the key and turn it 1 click while pressing the rod in. you will feel it move then turn the key a bit and pull the entire lock out.
Be careful on this. I did it to myself . I install my transmission back on my 89 bronco and found out I didn't lock in the converter right and damage it. Cost me an extra $700 to repair the pump and new converter had the same systems as you.
