i wanted to know how to change head light bulb of 99 cavalier
There are a few possibilities. You either have a short in your wiring, or you have been touching the bulbs when you install them.
First open the hood and locate the 5mm studs in front of the headlight you wish to replace. Remove the studs and gently pull out the headlight assembly. Remove the headlight assembly by twisting the connectors counter-clockwise. Remove the old bulbs from the assembly and replace with the new bulbs. Reconnect the assembly by attaching the connectors and twisting clockwise. Reinsert the assembly and and attach with the 5mm studs. Close the hood.
take off clamps, take of hose, and take of your mom!
To change the headlight in a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo, first, open the hood and locate the back of the headlight assembly. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the retaining clips or screws holding the headlight in place. Carefully pull the headlight out and replace it with a new bulb, ensuring not to touch the glass with your fingers. Reassemble by reversing the steps, securing the headlight, and reconnecting the electrical connector.
Yes, they are glass instead of plastic though. This works for 98 model lamp assemblies installed in a 95 Avalon
To change the headlight on a 1999 Tahoe, first, open the hood and locate the headlight assembly. Remove the two retaining screws or clips holding the headlight in place, then gently pull the headlight out. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the headlight, replace the old bulb with a new one, and reassemble by reversing the steps, ensuring everything is securely fastened. Finally, test the new headlight to ensure it's working properly.
Headlamps are not usually fused. Check and/or replace bulb. 99% of the time, it's a burned out bulb.
I'm not sure what year the jeep is but if it's a 99-04 Grand Cherokee there's a long bolt that you need to remove at the top that will enable you to pull the headlight out once it's removed. I've included a video to show how this is done.
