First start by finding online somewhere the wiring diagram for the 93 Century you have. Should not be that hard, just run a Google search, that's what i did. It makes it alot easier to know what colors on the wiring harness you will need to switch. Next, start by removing the connector gives you the error codes. It will make it easier, its right underneath your feet when you drive. Two bolts for that, easy. Next, start by the parking brake pedal and remove the "underdash" i guess you would call it. You would do this by removing the bolts holding it up to the frame. Keep moving right and the last bolt should be no farther near the ashtray. From what I remember, it is the only screw that is covered up. Just take a flat head screwdriver to pop off the thing that is covering up the last bolt. Once you have that off remove the cable connected to the ashtray that is powering the ashtray light, and cigarette lighter. Then, look at the wooden trim. Above you should see four screws holding that up. Remove them using a Phillips screwdriver. Once you have that off you can now completely see (or should be able to see) how the radio is mounted to the car. Remove the cover to the right of the radio that is holding the rocker switches for the map light and rear defroggers with a flat head screwdriver by prying it out. Should be 4 bolts (i think) holding it up. However many there are just remove them. Remove the brackets from the radio and the wiring harness/antenna wire. Make sure you have all the connectors for the new radio and place the brackets on that new radio and just go backwards. Try to remember where all the screws/bolts came from. I preformed this surgery on my 1996 Buick Century a year ago and I had one extra screw. Took us about 3 hrs, but then again we had no help.
