If so, and assuming you're actually talking about a Solara key (rather than generic Toyota), check eBay. There are both transponder keys and replacement remotes posted at reasonable prices that will replace your OEM parts.
One important thing. Only your Toyota dealer can program the key so no matter where you purchase it you'll have to take it (and your master key) to the dealership. If you've lost the master key you'll need the key number that was originally attached to your keyset. Those numbers should have been logged in your owners manual.
The fob you can program yourself. The instructions usually come with the fob and involves pressing certain buttons while turning the key on/off in a specific pattern. It's a lot like resetting your door locks, alarm system and other functions in the car that sometimes require the key to be on, other times just inserted, sometimes drivers door open sometimes closed etc.
