Assuming that you are referring to the United States House of Representatives, requirements are set forth in the U.S. Constitution (U.S. Const. art. I, § 2, cl. 2.):

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.

In contemporary language, one might say, "To become a Representative you must be at least 25 years old, have been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years, and you must reside in the State that you will represent in Congress."

Note that most U.S. Representatives represent a portion of a State, a Congressional district, the geographic boundaries of which are determined by that State's legislature. Some states with relatively low population density, e.g., Wyoming, Alaska, and Delaware, have only one U.S. Representative.
