If you have it apart and looking at the belt then go to your local library and borrow a Ford service manual with belt installation instructions. It can't be a haphazard replacement, everything controlled by that belt has to in the right position before cranking it again. It does NOT have a timing belt, That engine has a timing chain and gears.
