You can get reviver seeds by:

First by doing Sentry Duty, but you need to get every footprint correct.

Chatot will reward you with a Reviver seed and other items.

Second, you can get it as a reward by doing jobs from the Bulletin Board and sometimes in the outlaw notice board.

Third, you can check everyday in the Kecleon Market and you buy them.
